Subject: Application for adding the missing course to my learning profile

Dear Sir

With due respect, I would like to inform you that I have recently got admitted to the Department of
English at this university. I have get three courses in this trimester where I supposed to get four
courses. I think my Functional English course is missing in my learning profile. This is one of the
most important course like the others.

I, therefore, wish and hope that you would be kind enough to consider my problem and add my
missing course to my learning profile and grant my application and oblige thereby.
