Finder's Fee Agreement

This ​Finder's Fee Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered

into as of ________________ by and between _____________________, with a mailing
address of ______________________________________________________________
(hereinafter referred to as the “Finder”) and _____________________, with a mailing
address of ______________________________________________________________
(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” both
of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement.

The Company and the Finder agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Finder understands that they will be conducting work as an independent

contractor at their own expense in order to obtain information about
_________________________ and to submit them to the Company as sales leads.

2. If the lead is not known to the Company and the lead results in a purchase with the
Company, the Finder will receive a $______________ (hereinafter referred to as
the “Finder's Fee”) in consideration for the profitable lead upon completion of the
purchase transaction.

3. The above-mentioned Finder's Fee will be due in full by the Company when the
Purchase Agreement between the Company or Company's designated party and
the owner of the _________________________ is executed.

4. The Finder also is of the understanding that the Company is under no obligation to
purchase from any leads that the Finder may introduce to the Company.

5. Furthermore, the Finder fully understands and agrees that they will only provide

any such transaction nor provide any services in regards to the information in
question.
