7. What type of water heater will be in our home?
8. Which side of the house will the external AC be on?
9. Who is the AC and furnace manufacturer?
10. How many thermostats will be installed in the property?
11.Can we have the leftover house and door paint for touching ups?
12. How many network jacks will be installed in the property and where?
13. Where will the windows be in the basement?
14. Verify all selections.. Floor, carpet, tile..no cabinet handle for kitchen and

Exterior

1. Are there outlets in the garage or anywhere on the exterior?

2. What type of draining system will we have?
