Racket Design
for the 2020
Olympics
The Figure 1 show the proposed possible design of the DIY racket. After perform
several tests of the store-bought racket, l study the materials and determine
which ones will create in the most effective racket design to meet the standard
of the store-bought racket. But I considered the fact that the resources or
materials are limited.

The figure 2 shows the blueprint of the possible racket design labelled with the
materials to be used.

The Figure 3 shows the materials to be used in making DIY racket. The material
includes soft broom handle, steel small hole grill, black electrical tape, white
electrical tape, round aluminum and tire interior.

Process:
Step 1: Prepare all the materials need in performing DIY Racket.
Step 2: The second step cut the upper part / shaft of the soft broom handle like
what shown in figure 4.

Step 3: The third step knit tightly the steel small hole grill to the round
aluminum. As what shown in figure 5.

Step 4: The fourth step is to attached the head of the racket to its body. Put the
throat of the steel small hole grill to the space of the cut soft broom handle and
then tie it tightly using tire interior and cover it with electrical tape like what
shown in figure 6.

Step 5: The fifth step, wrap the top and bottom part of soft broom handle with
the used of electrical tape. On the other hand, the middle part of soft broom
handle wrap it with a curly pattern. As what shown in figure 7.

Step 6: Lastly, customized the head of DIY racket. Using black electrical tape
and white electrical just simply wrap the both sides of racket’s head the pattern
is (black-white-black-white and so on).
