New Kitchen Equipment Warranty condition :-

1) Under normal use and care, YH TAN warrants the original purchaser one (1) year on parts only against
manufacturing defects.
2) Fuse, bulb/lamp, tube, glass, heater, rubber seals, gaskets, belts, hoses, spring and other expandable parts due to
normal wear and tear are not covered.
3) The warranty does not cover any defects due to mishandling, abuse, inadequate maintenance & labour.
(in particularly refrigerators, cold room, ice maker with cooling system).
4) YH TAN has limited responsibility in replacing or repairing any part found to be faulty as limited above.
5) For Refrigerator :- a) All refrigeration units must not be exposed to direct sun light, Must have sufficient air
ventilation, and regular maintenance by client.

Terms and conditions :-

Delivery : a) Local Equipment required 1 month for fabrication
b) Imported equipment Ex-stock subject to prior sales otherwise on-indent basis 4 to 8 weeks.
c) Others Imported Equipment ~ As stated above.
Payment term : 50% deposit, 30% before delivery & 20% after installation.
Price validity : 7 days from the date hereof.
Note : Please note that YH TAN reserves the right to change the price of Imported Equipment due to forex
