Questions
 When Rishabh exaggerated his experience on his resume, do
you think he must have feared that he would eventually be
caught? What would you have done, if you were in a similar
situation?
 What he did is wrong so he must have feared that eventually be
caught, I will not do the same I will be honest and be true to all
my declared details in resume.
 What would you have done if you had known the truth about
Rishabh instead of his colleague? Explain your view. .
 Ofcourse since its wrong doing – e need to correct him on what
he did to avoid it from happening again, honesty is the best
policy as many said so what ever he has done is not correct so we
need to stivk to the correct process

 If you were applying for a job and come across a similar

scenario, would you be tempted to do the same as Rishabh did?
Explain your view
 No, I will not do the same. What ever is for me will come to me. I
believe that in everything we do, integrity is still very important
