1. Customer Service Representative


This position is responsible in providing excellent customer satisfaction, customer care and helps
in maintaining strong professional customer relationship. You are to assist, communicate, and
appropriately resolve customers queries, problems, and concern.

2. Intention
It is the intention of Department of Operations and Human Resource Management to fill the
position listed above by hiring a total of 10 full-time employees. These new hires will be hired to
work for 8 hours per week with an approximate rate of pay of 740.56 per day with holiday
bonuses.

3. Target Group
Based on the unique demands placed upon a Customer Service Representative at Bill Gosling
Telecommunication Company, we will target possible job applicants who:
• Computer Skill
- Proficient in using computers and laptops because they would use
this equipment in dealing with the customer. Such as answering
phone call and replying through e-mail
• Have persuasive communication skill
- This is a good customer service skill one must possess. Dealing
with customers different mood and approach needs a strong
communication skill.

• High Stress Management
- Able to maintain excellent service despite high-pressure situations
is the most fit in this position.

4. Method
We'll make contact with potential applicants using the methods listed below.
• Media Advertisement – To ensure that the target applicants have
computer skills to perform to the given job
• Situation-wanted ads – Less of money and it contains the list of
qualification looking by the company
• Employer-Based websites – It easy to catch the trust of the applicants
and avoid bad perspective
• Social Media – Since most people are using social media it will be easy
for the recruiter to reach them out.
• Incentives – Using this technique will gives the company an edge or
advantages from other.

5. Evaluation of Applicants
Job candidates will be scanned and selected through aggregate scores, and whoever has
the highest scores will proceed to the second level through the following:

• Work experience (30%)


• Job assessment (20%)
• Education (20%)
• Skills (30%)

With the help of the cumulative score of the following the eligible for the job will be
selected. Selected candidates will work for eight hours and will receive a salary of 700 per day
with other benefits and bonuses.
