Concept Development:

Various benefits that we can provide to the members of our community are:

1. Fun activities:
a. Gaming
b. Workshops related to hobbies
c. Public Speaking
d. Quiz / trivia
2. Webinars
3. Few online learning courses along with books
4. Various clubs that the members can join – can be related to subject or hobbies.
5. Calming sessions like yoga / meditation through workshops.
6. Tie ups with NGOs for students who want to perform volunteer work.
7. Internship opportunities – tie-ups with various companies who can give internships to
student based on their performance.
8. Counselling session for students who are under mental stress or for career guidance as
well.

Target Age Group: Students of age group 16-25 years.

Target Audience / Potential Customers: Students looking to learn online, want to

participate in extra-curricular opportunities and wants career guidance and internship
opportunities.

Features that consumer will find most desirable are:

1. Internship opportunities
2. Career guidance – there are a lot of students who are confused and not sure what to
pursue in future and a lot of colleges / schools do not have any career guidance, so
this could be a USP for our community.
3. Cheap prices – People look out for opportunities that are cheap and give them
benefits. We can prepare our membership program in a manner, where at a particular
cost, a student gets only specific benefits. The benefits of the of the membership plan
will depend upon its price.

Consumer needs:

According to the survey and the 2 case studies that we performed lately, it is clear that people
want to be a part of community that can provide or add an extra value to them that can be fun
to join, easy to learn and where they excel in their performance.

The age group that we are targeting is the growing age group – if we guide them and help
them to perform better in their lives – it can help them in their future growth. More students
and less internships have left students nowhere. Providing internship opportunities to them
can be our greatest selling point.
