Individual Action Plan

I. Activity TITLE (An Individual Concern Adressing about the Environment Awareness and Protection)
It will tackle about individual perspective on how they address on the topic Environment Awareness and
Protection. This activity will show the important of individual’s concern in making our environment the best
place to live in.

II. Probable Objectives:

 To inform individual in each community to know what are the environmental risks.
 To inform individual from the proper measures in handling environmental risks.
 To demonstrate the possible effects of the environmental risks if individual don’t have knowledge
about it

 Conduct a research that aims to find the major problem in the community especially to their

 I will conduct a community service, the theme of the community service is “I WILL HELP, BECAUSE

environment
