I am writing this letter to make a request for salary increment for Labor Jhalak Bahadur Ghimire
Salary No 10038………………….

He is doing a great job and I have been very satisfied with his performance. He finished 2 years
in Al-Jaber as crusher Time Keeper.

Moreover he is a hard worker; using his skills and motivation he had successfully finished many
missions and tasks assigned to him related to crusher Time Keeper. He has displayed great
work ethics and has never been late nor absent

I believe that giving him a salary increment and changing his designation to Time Keeper will
motivate him further to perform even better. And this will fulfill our needs for that position.
