Experiment Name: Study on different components of a basic pant.

Introduction:
Pant is an item of clothing worm from waist to the ankles covering both
separately. It is also called trouser. It is the most common and popular dress around
the words for men and women.

Objectives:
➢ To know the basic components of the pant.
➢ To know the difference types of machines are used to produce pant.
➢ To know the difference between gents and ladies pants.

Components of basic pant:

➢ Waist belt.
➢ Waist belt loop.
➢ Left front part.
➢ Right front part.
➢ Left back part.
➢ Right back part.
➢ Zippers fly.
➢ Machine required for produce pant:
➢ Plain machine.
➢ Over lock machine.
➢ Button hole machine.
➢ Button attaching machine.
➢ Bar tack machine.
➢ Kansai machine.
➢ Required materials:
➢ Pencil.
➢ Paper.
➢ pen.
➢ Eraser.
➢ Ruler.
Accessories used for making a pant:
➢ Pocketing fabric.
➢ Fusible interlining.
➢ Zipper mode of nylon or brass.

Conclusion:
Pant is an important garments in textile industry from this experiment we
learn about the basic components of pant and also learn about the machine which
are used to produce a pant for a textile engineering it is very important to know
about part. In future this experiment will help us.
