The Invesco MSCI Sustainable Future ETF (Fund) is Invesco MSCI Sustainable Future ETF: $38,188
based on the MSCI Global Environment Select MSCI Global Environment Select Index: $40,729
Index (Index). The Fund will generally invest at S&P 500 Index: $46,257

The risks of investing in securities of foreign issuers, including emerging market issuers, can include
fluctuations in foreign currencies, political and economic instability, and foreign taxation issues.
The performance of an investment concentrated in issuers of a certain region or country, such as Asia Pacific,
is expected to be closely tied to conditions within that region and to be more volatile than more geographically
diversified investments.

Unlike many investment companies, the Fund does not utilize an investing strategy that seeks returns in
excess of its Underlying Index. Therefore, the Fund would not necessarily buy or sell a security unless that
security is added or removed, respectively, from its Underlying Index, even if that security generally is
underperforming.
