1. Formative Assessment
Formative assessment refers to the ongoing phase in which pupils and teachers focus on
academic objectives. It entails a constant system of checks and balances in the teaching and
learning processes.
2. Summative Assessment
Summative assessment is one that is provided at the end of an instructional unit in a
course. It is used at the end of a defined instructional span to assess student learning, ability
acquisition, and academic achievement.
3. Personality Test
A personality test is a tool for evaluating individual personality traits. It assesses various
aspects of a person's psychological characteristics and behavior, especially those that remain
relatively constant over the course of a lifetime.
4. Achievement Test
Achievement test is a test of established skill or knowledge. It assesses expertise or
experience gained by training in a particular subject or field. In general, it is intended to measure
students' progress in various school subjects.
