Advantage of Decisive Groups.

Decisive Groups shine under time constraints and when there is a

need for speed. This is particularly true when unexpected problem arise and the tasks that need to be
accomplished are relatively clear and can be subdivided easily and given to individuals or smaller
subgroups to accomplish independently.

Disadvantage of Decisive Groups. There are no guarantees, of course, that decisive groups will work
as efficiently and effectively as we have described. Certain process problems tend to plague decisive
groups, just as other process problems trouble groups with a different mix of styles.
