PARTITION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

This Partition Agreement entered into by and between:
JEFFREY C. CELESTINO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident
of 295 Sulok St., Panapaan 111, Bacoor, Cavite, and herein referred to as the FIRST
PARTY;

ROLANDO A. ROMBAOA, of legal age, married to Elvira M. Rombaoa,

Filipino citizen and a resident of Birbira, Camiling, Tarlac, and herein referred to as the
SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:
That we are the HEIRS of the registered co-owners of a certain parcels of land
which are more particularly described as follows:
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 4647

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 1, 15270 of the Cadastral Survey of Camiling, with
the improvements thereon) situated in the Municipality of Camiling, Province of
Tarlac, xxx containing an area of SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY
TWO (6,322) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

Transfer Certificate of Title No. 4648

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 15269 of the Cadastral Survey of Camiling, with the
improvements thereon) situated in the Municipality of Camiling, Province of Tarlac,
xxx containing an area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY (1,160)
SQUARE METERS, more or less”

That we have caused the Transfer Certificate of Title No. 4647 sub-division of the
said property into TWO (2) sub-lots to segregate our respective ownership as shown on
the approved Subdivision Plan as per _________________________ duly approved by
the __________________________ on _________________________;
That we have agreed to adjudicate the resulting sub-lots in the following manner;
1. Lot No. 15270-A - with an area of 3,161 square meters, shall belong to
JEFFREY C. CELESTINO, single;

2. Lot No. 15270-B - with an area of 3,161 square meters, shall belong to
ROLANDO A. ROMBAOA, married to Elvira M. Rombaoa;
- and –
That we also have caused the Transfer Certificate of Title No. 4648 sub-division
of the said property into TWO (2) sub-lots to segregate our respective ownership as
shown on the approved Subdivision Plan as per _________________________ duly
approved by the __________________________ on _________________________;
That we have agreed to adjudicate the resulting sub-lots in the following manner;
 1. Lot No. 15269-A - with an area of 580 square meters, shall belong to
JEFFREY C. CELESTINO, single;

2. Lot No. 15269-B - with an area of 580 square meters, shall belong to
ROLANDO A. ROMBAOA, married to Elvira M. Rombaoa.
That all the parties were present during the survey and hereby confirm and agree
as to the sites and locations and shares of each;
FINALLY, the parties hereby request the Hon. Registry of Deeds of Tarlac to
issue separate titles for each sub-lot upon payment of the required legal fees, thereof.
