REVIEW GUNDAM HGUC RX 78-2 REVIVE VERSION

Today I will review a product I have always desired, and I can finally have this: my first
modelkit, the gundam HGUC rx 78-2 revived version, from bandai. lets strat!

First I would like to explain a bit for your information, gundam was a giant combat robot from
the Japanese anime series that started the series in 1979, entitled "the mobile suit gundam: the
origin." And the gundam type RX 78 is a robot that was piloted by amuro ray, the main character
of this series. The name of gundam stands for General Unilateral Neuro-links Dispersive
Autonomic Maneuver Synthesis System.

The term gunpla, which is an extension of the gundam plastic model. The gunpla is a model kit
made mostly of plastic that imitates the gundam. The gunpla has levels of size and difficulty to
assemble, I mean the difficulty to build it.

Starting at the first stage is a Super Deformed aka SD, High Grade aka HG, Master grade aka
MG, Real Grade aka RG, and then Perfect Grade or PG. And the gundam I have now is HG.

As a 35-year anniversary from gunpla, the bandai produced the latest gunpla with an excreted
label. The gundam rx 78-2 revived version is the latest version of this gundam type, and it is said
to be far better than the previous one.

Well, lets prove it!

We start from the box, the box design is so cool. Here the picture of his hex is fighting, with his
signature style jumping with a saber beam. This is really, pretty cool. Then on the left and right
side isa picture of the pose you can make with this gundam. Next, we'll see what's in the box.

That's a manual book, two packs of uncut parts kits, then in that one sticker

Before starting to build, first we need to read the manual book so that the assembling is possible
without error. Okay here we see, the steps and the process of building this gundam.

I personally builded the gundam to about seven hours. I try to enjoy every process when I buid it.
And I got it.

Well, it's only when we put it together that we can see what we can find on this box.

For as artillery we got one rifle, one hyper bazooka, one shield, three replacement hands, two
saber beams, and one buffer, like a brace to put a bazooka on the back of the waist.
for the gun rifle , its can run a little here, it can go left and right, and this grip too. Next the hyper
bazooka. This bazooka is pretty cool, this grip can move like this, but unfortunately it's only dark
grey like this. Even in anime, this bazooka is predominantly white. But it's still cool. Next we
have a shield, it has a red facade on the bottom that looks like a yellow star, and the inner part isa
handle that will later be attached to the gundam's hand. Next to the hand, we get a total of five
hands with three different poses, one pair like this, open. The other one was clenched, and the
other was like holding a gun with an index finger on the trigger. And the last accessories we got
were saber beams.

Next we review the lead character, gundam rx 78-2. I saw at first glance the fact that the gundam
rx 78-2 revive version is more proportional than the previous version that looked fat.

But this one, this is so cool. Strong, sturdy, aesthetically pleasing. As ancestors of gundam, for
those of you who are just starting gundams hobby, you should get one of these as a sign of
respect for the origins of the gundam.

Globally, the color displayed appears to be prismatic and tasteful. We see the red over here, the
yellow and blue is nice to look at. Very nice

Next we'll check the details, which wasn't exactly a lot of detail. But, its not bad.

Let's take a look at this head here. there are some parts that need to be stamped with stickers on
this top and back. The size was very small, when installing this I used a pair of tweezers. I had a
hard time putting this part together because it was so small in size, but it was the challenge that
made assembling the gundam so much fun. In this same part of the eye, it is also a sticker taped
to a clear yellow part.

Okay, next. The snapfit of this gundam is so easy and fun when it all comes together. I have
always wondered what the delightful thing it is to build the gundam, and when I tried it on my
own a while ago, I understood how wonderful it is to assemble and build all of the gundam parts
with its challenges and difficulties they have.

Back to the detail it has, The seamline between the partitions is almost invisible. Because this
seamline is connected to a line panel on another part, thus camouflaged the additional line. This
makes our work look tidy. Nice Bandai.

Like a normal gundam HG, it doesn't own the inner frame. But it's still a pretty good articulations
even without the inner frame.

Now let's check the articulations, on the head. It can move like this, it can look up to this much,
down and you can rotate the head up to 360 degrees. Next to the arm, the shoulder would rotate
360 degrees, and because of the additional part on the inside of the chest, the shoulder would
thus be raised like this. At this part, it can be turned like this, and then at his elbow, it USES
double join, it can be moved like this up here. And his wrists would twist like this. This is so
cool, with this kind of artiction it allows for a variety of poses, especially for those of you who
love photography gundam.

Furthermore, there isa little articulation in the abdomen, a little left and right, and a lot more
forward, just like this. It can be slightly moved, and if you wish it can also be rotated 360
degrees. The waist part can also move, like the front part; it can move like this. These are
initially both sides of the front waist are connected, so as this one rises, the other one raises. It
got a little weird. So I cut it in the sleeve. So it turned out like this. The side waist can move like
this, and the back cannot be moved.

And the last articulation is in the leg. This part of the thigh can be rotated like this, and it can be
twitched like this. Then his knee, just like the elbow, is also double join, it can be bent, up here.
And this ankle part can also be moved a little bit like this. Yeah that’s all, very nice.

Again, i tell to you guys, this gundam hg rx 78-2 this version has an excellent diction in hg. it
makes it possible to create a variety of poses especially for photography. And the joint that
owned it so well, sturdy and well stocked. Very recommendation for you newbie of gundam
hobbyists like me, who are still confused about where to start. I recommend this type of rx 78-2
revived version.

For this price, I bought this at an online store it start from 150,000 rupiah. As the original
product of the bandai, it's quite cheap, but for a student like me it's actually quite expensive. But
the price was given according to the quality it would earn. And I'm very satisfied with this
product.
