Table 2: Timetable for the webinar “Wireframing and User Interface Prototyping using Figma”

For the program of the webinar, Ms. Advincula has contacted one IT professional
outside Olongapo City in the personality of Ms. Athena Aliafe Abe. She tackled
“Wireframing and User Interface Prototyping using Figma” as she was already
tackling about this topic during her past webinars attended. The learning objectives of
this webinar are as follows:

 Get to know what is Figma;

 Expand their knowledge and be familiarized on the working environment of Figma;
and
 Make use of Figma as a tool when they develop the wireframe and user interface
of their application or system

For the budget, the team had prepared Php 1,500.00 for the payment to the
resource speaker. For the venue, since during the time this webinar is conducted, the
world is still coping with the pandemic. The team decided to conduct it via Google Meet
and will also be livestreamed on Facebook. For the registration and evaluation forms, the
team created it via Google Forms. Below are the screenshots of the other pre-event
activities the team had done:

C. POST-EVENT ACTIVITIES

I. Overview of Planning and Activities Undertaken

As the team waits for the approval of the Dean of College of Computer Studies to
conduct this webinar, the team already created both the registration and evaluation forms
in Google Forms beforehand. The team agreed that they will conduct the webinar via
Google Meet and will be streamed live on Facebook. When the day the team received the
approval, they then started the preparation by creating the poster for the dissemination
of the webinar event through Facebook post together with the link of the registration
form. The team also created the e-Certificates to be given to those participants who will
tune in to the webinar until the end. As the day of the registration came to an end, a total
of 108 participants registered for the said webinar.

One day before the webinar day, a confirmation email was sent to the participants
together with the event programme, Google Meet link, and a few reminders.

During the day of the webinar, the team started to accept the participants on the
Google Meet room 30 minutes before the start. While waiting for the time, the host
requested the participants to type their names and the name of the school where they
are currently enrolled. 10 minutes before the start of the webinar, the team flashed a
countdown. Before the team proceeded to the webinar proper, they started the program
with a prayer, introduced the resource speaker (Ms. Athena Aliafe Abe), and then the
resource speaker started her talk, and proceed to the demonstration and collaboration
with the participants. During her talk, she already entertained questions from the
participants. As the resource speaker ended her talk, the host still allowed the other
participants to ask questions. After the Q & A (question & answer), one member of the
team provided the link of the evaluation form on the chat box for the participants’
feedback on the organized webinar.

Two days after the webinar, the team sent a thank you email to the participants
together with the e-Certificates.

II. Summary of the Evaluation Forms

After the webinar proper, one member of the team provided the link of the
evaluation form on the chat box of the Google Meet room for the participants’ feedback
on the organized webinar. From the 108 people who registered, only 65 participants
attended and were given e-Certificates. As all of the 65 participants already responded to
the evaluation form we sent, here is the summary:

III. Financial Summary

IV. Lessons learnt to support future planning

The team realized that technical difficulties really do happen unexpectedly. We do

not control the speed of our Internet connections and expect that it will become unstable
on times we did not expect. It is also a lesson to prepare for the alternative activity when
a resource speaker was disconnected because it is really hard to ad-lib or have impromptu
speaking unexpectedly.
