Sub: Vacation Training Summer-2019 for Engineering College Students

We are pleased to note the interest shown by the students from your esteemed organization
for Industrial I Vacation Training at our institute. KTC Koradi is arranging Summer Vacation Training
for college students in 2 batches.
Training consists of Indoor tutorials on Power Plant Technology and detailed visits to various

sections at Koradi Thermal Power Station. The batches of trainees from various colleges will be registered

through online process only.

Schedule of Summer Vacation Training - 2019 Programme at Koradi Training Centre, KO RAD I
Students who have appeared for Third year (Fifth semester) or Fourth year (Seventh semester)

Degree and Third Year (Fifth Semester) Diploma Examination are eligible. Please note that passed out

students from the college (Degree I Diploma) are not eligible for this training.

Step No. 1: On line registration
1. Select the Training batch, write down your name, college, branch & semester and upload the
college recommendation letter from Principal or HOD (Scan copy) while on line Registration.
(Max. size 300 KB). You will get message on screen regarding confirmation ofregistration.

Step No. 2: Document Verification

1. On successful online registration, Slip of Participant will be generated. Participants or their any

representative will have to report at Koradi Training Centre on mentioned date for document

verification without fail along with following documents for completing the registration process.

The verification of documents is compulsory for the confirmation of the participation for the Training.

a. Recommendation letter from respective college duly signed by Principal I HOD (Original)

b. Xerox copy of College ID

c. On line registration Slip

d. Xerox copy of Address Proof (Aadhar Card I Electrical Bill)

2. Training Fee: Rs. 4720/- per participant including GST 18% (Rs. Four Thousand Seven

Hundred and Twenty) (Non Refundable) to be submitted through Net Banking at SBI

Koradi, after successful documents verification from concern In charge of KTC,

Koradi only. The bank details shall be given at the time of documents verification.

Step No. 3: Important Instruction

1. Training Fee: Rs. 4720/- if submitted by participants without documents verification from concern

In charge of KTC, Koradi will not be refundable.

2. The selected student has to deposit Training Fees Rs. 4720/- through Net Banking & obtain Payment

details of the same which is to be presented at KTC, for confirmation of Training within two days.

3. Students are requested to adhere with the safety norms I practices strictly as framed by company,

in premises and plant area. Any accident occurred during training period, KTC I MAHAGENCO will

not be responsible for the mishaps, or any loss thereof. No any claim will be entertained

4. The trainees have to make their own arrangement for lodging, boarding & conveyance etc. during the

training period.

5. The detailed Training syllabus, Batch schedule and soft copy of study material will be provided to the
candidate.
6. Any misconduct or misbehavior observed during training period, the participant will be debarred from
training and same will be informed to concerned college.
7. Leave I Absenteeism, Late coming shall not be allowed during training. The certificate will not be
issued to the defaulter in any case.
8. Koradi Training Centre Management decision in any dispute will be final and liable to the participants
I Parents I College Management.
9. KTC Koradi reserves the right to alter or cancel the proposed Schedule of Training whenever
necessary.
10. Request for batch change shall not be entertained.
