The Class Committee instructed the students to aim for improving the percentage pass
by t00%. HOD instructed the students that, if students are willing to write reappear exam, with
proper request from the students, the examination will be conducted for the subject Process
Control and Discrete Time Signal Processing in the 7th semester.

Also, instructed the students that, they have to attend the classes with part time students
in the evening time form 6.15 to 9.15 PM.

HOD requested the faculty members those who have handled this subject to consider this
issue and for necessary steps to conduct the Assessment test and End semester examination in
seventh semester

Also insisted the students that, the reappear examination will be evaluated only by
Dr.P.Kanagasapathy sir for Process Control and Mr.P.Thangaganapathy for Discrete Time Signal
Processing.

Agenda 5: Any other Point:

The MOCK interview is planned on 28.7.2018 & 29.7.2018. HOD instructed all the
students to attend the MocK interview without fail.
Also, instructed the students to register for open elective as early as possible.
HOD instructed all the fasulty members to submit the lesson plan and rubrics for theory
and lab courses. Also, instructed the students to submit the rubrics for their mini project and
end
, semester project.
