WHAT IS CORPORATE COMMUNICATION?

 Corporate communications is the process of


facilitating information and knowledge exchanges with
internal and key external groups and individuals that
have a direct relationship with an enterprise.
 The word "corporate" in this field is relating to
"corporation".
 Latin word 'corpus' (body) in relations to "total".
 The word "communication" means transmit or
disseminate messages/data.
 Corporate communciation can be interpreted as a
total communication activity.
OBJECTIVE OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

Corporate communications deliver the company's strategic message to all its audiences:
customers and potential companies, shareholders, employees and regulators. These
communications create and preserve the company's brand and help everyone move in
concert with the company's mission. Just as with any aspect of the business, corporate
communications performance require evaluation; thus objectives are written so that
success or failure can be measured.
