Content & Technology Solutions

The global Content & Technology Solutions group is responsible for the growth and support of
FactSet’s Data Feed products. Our aim is to streamline client’s internal processes with FactSet
data delivery via FTP or web services.

Position : Associate DataFeed Specialist
Department : Content & Technology Solutions
Reporting Manager Level : India CTS support
Location : Hyderabad
Shift Timings : 6AM – 3:30 PM / 4PM to 1 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

 Providing support to existing clients globally

 Project management and new client implementations Client relationship management
 External and internal training
 Involvement in product development Assisting pre-sales process

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 A relevant Master’s degree or equivalent (MBA Finance)

 Relevant Experience is required
 Experience in one or more programming/query language - or a relevant experience
demonstrating strong technical aptitude
 Good financial knowledge
 Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills
 Desire to learn and work with new technologies
 Enthusiasm and drive to excel in a technical client facing role

OTHER PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

 Previous client facing experience

 Experience in statistical packages such as Matlab, R, SAS, SPSS, etc.

Total CTC Rs. 6,73,109/- + 20 K relocation + 15 Days accommodation +benefits will be offered
for Associate DataFeed Specialist position.
