B.E(Electronics and Communication / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Delhi
Mechanical) / Chennai
MBA (Sales and Marketing)
 Academic percentage should be 60% aggregate and above starting from X to
highest education.
 Prior Work Experience in Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage.
 2 years’ service agreement
 Compensation would be 4.5 LPA for Freshers whereas the CTC for candidates
with relevant experience in sales would be decided and dealt with after the final
shortlist.
 Management Trainees can be working for different Verticals ( EDA, UPT )

EDA (Electronic Design Automation): Offers a comprehensive portfolio of advanced EDA


tools that enable you to make the most of your resources. Develop smaller, faster, cost-
effective and intelligent next-generation electronic products. CoreEL is authorized
channel partner with Mentor Graphics, MathWorks, DownStream, Temento Systems,
Wind River and Speedgoat.

UPT ( University Program and Training): CoreEL University solutions focuses on bringing
high end electronics design and embedded computing platforms to the labs of colleges
and university enhancing the experience of technical education and real time practice
on world beating technologies. The induction of latest technology platforms offers an
immersive learning experience to students and trainers ensures that forthcoming
industry needs are met with.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities as part of UPT:

 Selling Electronic Design Automation software, FPGA & Embedded System


Design Solutions Ansys Simulation tools and 3D printing design for colleges and
university enhancing the experience of technical education and real time
practice on world beating technologies.
 Responsible for driving, managing and growing the CoreEL University Program
Group.
 Ensure constant interaction with principals on the technology and marketing
front.
 Work closely with the principal company in marketing communication initiatives.
 Effectively manage and monitor the institutional sales, to ensure continuous
growth in market share. Engage in effective demand creation efforts with several
accounts and build excellent customer rapport and relationship.

Key Performance Areas:

 Meeting the Sales Targets for CoreEL University Program Group.


 Customer Satisfaction and Relationship.
 Responsible for driving, managing and growing the CoreEL University Program
Group.
 Management of the business cycle for all principal Companies.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities as part of EDA:

 Business development activity –selling value added Embedded Hardware, FPGA


design and IP Cores to overseas clients (US, Europe and Asia Pacific), Defense
and Space Establishments in India
 Selling Electronic Design Automation software for the design of high end FPGAs,
ASICs, High Speed Hardware Design, and System Level Design.
 Selling high end COTS products for Telecom, Defense and Aero-Space
Applications.
 Selling Mechanical and Finite Element Analysis tools to design houses defense
and space establishments in India.
 Pre-Sale technical discussions with clients to gain an understanding of the
requirements,
 Engage with engineering teams for solution architecture and proposal
presentations
