SYLLABUS

I Module Identification:

B. Module Classification: ENTREPRENEURIAL MIND-SETTING & VALUES FORMATION

II Module Description:

This module pitches the goals of the KMME-MME Rapid Program and relates to the participants the essential perspectives, views
and values that the participants have to learn and put to good use as entrepreneurs. This will be done during the opening of the
launch program by either DTI or PCE representatives.

The first module will tackle the entrepreneur himself, discussing the mindset and values for success. It will reveal how the
entrepreneur achieves his/her goal and how to deal with challenges and opportunities. The process and requirement of
formalizing the enterprise will also be discussed. The featured mentor can also share his journey in entrepreneurship citing
instances that made them a better entrepreneur and how they successfully steered their enterprises. This module will also spell
out the etiquettes to do business in a legal way. Also, in this module the mentors will have a situation analysis on the business
of the mentees. This will tackle specifically what is currently happening on their business. The mentors will examine the overall
growth of their business for them to know how to properly advise to scale up their business.

III Module Outcome:

At the end of this module, the mentees should understand the attributes and perspectives of an entrepreneurial mindset, and the
process to acquire one. Also, They should exhibit the leadership capacity and teamwork skill for business decision making and be
inspired with the stories from the mentors. Also, the mentees should understand what is happening in his/her business and apply
necessary actions that is lacking on their current business.
