REFLECT:
1. Reflect on your life as a student. Did you welcome assessment? If you had a choice,
would you rather not subject yourself to an assessment process? Why and why not?

As a student we must welcome assessment in our everyday learnings just because it helps us to
learned. I able to see how myself doing in a class, I’m able to determine whether or not they
understand course material. Assessment motivates me. Assessment should integrate grading,
learning, and motivation for your students. Well-designed assessment methods provide valuable
information about student learning. They tell us what students learned, how well they learned it,
and where they struggled.

2. “I enjoy teaching but assessing and correcting papers reduce my love for teaching.” Is
this true to you?

No, just because if you enjoy teaching you must enjoy also assessing and correcting papers, it
must be increased not reduce, if you love teaching or this is your fashion, you must loved all
things that related in teaching, and you must be happy in assessing students just because you
will know if they have learned on what you’ve taught,
