Responsibilities:
Service existing accounts, obtain promotion orders, planning and organizing daily work schedule to call
on existing potential sales outlets and other trade factors
Maximize the market share of our brands at POS
Ensure shelf space in line with planograms or fair share and check and act immediately on out of
stock.
Build excellent operational relationship at customer level.
Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands.
Implement national key account agreements & report, check assortment and act on availability of our
brands.
Introduce innovations within the set frame time and maximize visibility.
Control FIFO and take necessary actions.
Preparation of monthly, Weekly reports as required by the management.
Sell in promotions and negotiate best available promo locations.
Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices.
Monitor progress of promotional activities and record findings.
Monitor marketing campaigns to ensure appropriate execution.
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as ly Sales Reports,
weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new
products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
developments.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports;
making recommendations to management.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge and establishing personal networks
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
