BRIEF HISTORY

 Caritas Novaliches Inc. was founded by Most Rev. Antonio R. Tobias, D.D.; Rev.

Fr. Antonio Labiao, Jr.; Rev. Fr. Marlou Lemaire; Rev. Fr. Santiago Gaa; Atty.

Angel Gahol; Atty. Ira Agustin; and Dr. Domingo Pascual, Jr.

 The Chairman of the Board of Trustees is Most Rev. Antonio R. Tobias, D.D.

while Rev. Fr. Marlou Lemaire is the elected Treasurer or Chief Financial Officer

of Caritas Novaliches. Atty. Ira Agustin acts as the Corporate Secretary.

 Caritas Novaliches Inc. has been in operation for almost sixteen (16) years now.

It has been registered on November 7, 2005, with the Securities and Exchange

Commission (SEC) and on March 21, 2011, granted a registration certificate and

license to operate by the Department of Social welfare and Development

(DSWD). Its official address is at Cathedral Shrine and Parish of the Good

Shepherd, Regalado Avenue, Fairview Park Subdivision, Quezon City.

 Our Vision

Caritas Novaliches Inc. as a social action arm of the Diocese of Novaliches, is a

Christ-centered community of disciples, responding to the needs of the poor people

through organized, effective, and parish-based programs of social services and

journeying with blessed Virgin Mary towards newness and fullness of life.

Our Mission

Trusting in the grace of God and in the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we commit

ourselves to:

 Empowering the laity and form servant-leaders in all the parishes in the Diocese

of Novaliches that will work dedicatedly in the Parish Social Action Ministry.

 Building and developing effective social services in the parishes that would

directly respond to the need of the people towards total human development and

social transformation in the spirit of renewed and integral evangelization.

 Engaging and establishing partnerships with government, non-government

organizations for the delivery of services to be resilient individuals, families, and

communities.
