Job Burnout and Job Satisfaction of the Poultry Workers in

Commercial Broiler Farms in Bago City

Statement of the Problem

This study aims to determine the level of the job burnout and job satisfaction of the

poultry workers of commercial broiler farms in Bago City. Specifically, this study aims to

answer the following questions:

1. What is the level of the burnout of the poultry workers in terms of disengagement and

exhaustion when taken collectively and be grouped according to age, civil status, and

monthly income?

2. What is the level of the job satisfaction of the poultry workers in terms of intrinsic and

extrinsic when taken collectively and be grouped according to age, civil status, and

monthly income?

3. Is there a significant difference in the level of the burnout of the poultry workers in terms

of disengagement and exhaustion when grouped according to age, civil status, and

monthly income?

4. Is there a significant difference in the level of the job satisfaction of the poultry workers

in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic when grouped according to age, civil status, and

monthly income?

5. Is there a significant relationship between the level of the job burnout and the level of the

job satisfaction of the poultry workers?

Hypotheses
Based on the inferential problems, the guess answers will be drawn.

1. There is no significant difference in the level of the burnout of the poultry workers in

terms of disengagement and exhaustion when grouped according to age, civil status, and

monthly income?

2. There is no significant difference in the level of the job satisfaction of the poultry

workers in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic when grouped according to age, civil status,

and monthly income?

3. There is no significant relationship between the level of the job burnout and the level of

the job satisfaction of the poultry workers?
