Minutes of Batch Meet (24/02)

 Clubs & Committees: Visibility to batch for culcom and sportscom. Equitable &
minimum mandatory representation. Pocs for clubs if not a mandatory. Reserve one
seat for imp committees. Look into it. Discussion with council and SAC.
 HR Conclave: Support of administration and programme. Enhance our visibility.
Annual. Formalization by students. Selection process. Students take forefront.
Internal partial fund allocation. Formal proposal by students to Upam ma’am.
 Foreign Exchange: Term 6 core courses to term 5. Freeing up spaces in term 6. From
placement perspective can’t be done in term 5. Discussion among HR committee.
Further discussion with placement committee.
 Gender ratio: Equal gender selection. Common admission process.
 Non-Elective HR courses: Increase credit. Remove the limit or cap from HR electives.
Push forward for this batch.
 Restructuring: IDS and BRM. IDS in 1st sem.
CFM can be made a 3 credit.
Clubbing ILL and ERL
Reduce no. of 1.5 credit courses
EHR & MAE can be made into 3 credits. (2nd term)
More of Power BI in HRMA
 Mentor-Mentee: Streamlining the process and providing a little structure.
To continue or not to. Students find it very helpful.
 More courses for HR analytics if possible. A solution is we can form with HR analytics
club.
 Regular update of attendance
 No logging in for offline students.
