1. Forwarded herewith is the letter request of Arckit Builders & Supply dated December 04,
2019 for the Contract Time Extension No. 1

2. As per verification, the contractor will now continue to work since the Permit to Cut trees
was given upon the issuance of Brgy. Certificate

3. In view of the reasons, Contract Time Extension No. 1 is recommended since the items of
work involve falls along the critical path of the approved PERT/CPM.
