CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that the identified parcel of land for the Construction of Multi-
Commodity Solar Tunnel Dryer (CMCSTD), covering more or less five hundred ninety-six and
eighty hundredths (596.80) sq.m., situated at Sitio Pag-asa Barangay Wawa, Orion, Bataan, is an
existing reclaimed area.
Under the provisions of Section 6.2 of the DENR Administrative Order (DAO) No. 2007-
20 dated July 31, 2007, cities, provinces and other local government units are authorized under
the law to undertake reclamation projects.
Hence, the above-mentioned area can be utilized for the Philippine Rural Development
Project (PRDP) subproject “Construction of Multi-Commodity Solar Tunnel Dryer”; subject,
however, to Chapter III of DAO No. 2007-20.
