Violation of Social Justice

- One factor that makes to fight social injustice s is difference.
- This is done to avoid inconvenience or experiences of doing nothing

Violation of Social Justice in Public Services


Bribery and Corruption - is giving something in the form of cash or material, in exchange
for a favor.
- It doesn’t matter what kind, how much money is involve or who does it, it’s still wrong
Influence Peddling - This refers to the use of a person or a group of people.
Embezzlement - Is theft of entrusted funds.

6 Types of Embezzlement
1. Siphoning – draw off or transfer over period of time, especially illegally or unfairly
2. Check Kiting – is a form of check fraud, involving taking advantage of the float to make
use of non-existent funds in checking or other bang account
3. Lapping – a lapping scheme is a fraudulent practice that involves altering accounts
receivables to hide stolen cash. The method involves taking a subsequent
receivables payment from a transaction and using that to cover the theft.
4. Payroll - payroll fraud is when someone embezzles funds from a business utilizing the
organization’s payroll system. There are several methods wherein people can
steal funds they are not entitled to, including falsified timesheets, issuing
unauthorized bonuses and paying fictitious or terminated employees.
5. Kickback - This means giving cash in secret as a reward for assistance in doing
something that could not be achieved legally.
6. Overtime – if an employee falsifies his or her time card such as claiming to have worked
overtime when he or she did not, that is embezzlement because the employee
falsified his or her time record.
Police Brutality - This Includes the use of excessive force, physical, verbal or psychological.
