1. Organize a document in the format of your preference where you will carry out
the activities in this section.

2. Enter the learning object The Market Thing: “KNOWING MY TEAM”, located in
the activity of Project 21 Supervise the work team”. I watched the video tutorial
contained in the “Let’s listen” section, and write a paragraph of minimum 10 lines,
expressing the main ideas contained in it.

The text highlights processes such as: admission, planning, compensation, training,
maintenance and monitoring of human resources. These processesare important to design,
manage and coordinate actions to obtain betterresults from your workers and to build an
excellent environment. In addition, works on the relationship between employees
andemployers, promoting maximum individual development. The Human Resources
Objectives help the organization achieve itsobjectives and fulfill its mission. to provide
organizational competitiveness

3. Download and read the texts contained in the “Let’s read” section. make the
reading comprehension activity of the section and take screenshots in each question,
including the final result. Add the screenshots to the document.
4. Based on human resource management, write a presentation where you point
out the policies for your own project, with the aim of promoting a suitable work
environment in your company.

The suitable work environment for LILI PINK is:

1. Leadership:
The type of leadership determines 70% of the work environment, which means that the
attitude and way of behaving of the people with the greatest responsibility in the company
will largely mark the work environment.

2. Interpersonal relationships:
The degree of maturity, respect, the way of communicating, collaboration, lack of
camaraderie, trust, among others, are very decisive aspects in the environment since they
are perceived by external and internal customers.
3. Organization:
The planned and organized work allows the correct development of the tasks, obligations
and responsibilities of the employees based on a specific order.

4. Recognition:
Valuing a job well done is one of the best satisfactions an employee can receive.

5. Remuneration:
Dynamic compensation is a good effort by companies that do not have static remuneration
models, the effort and fulfillment of the objectives of the employees must be rewarded
through incentives that motivate work performance.

6. Incentives:
In large and small companies, the good performance of an employee is recognized through
visits to their homes, delivery of gifts, plaques, public recognition, economic bonuses, among
others.

7. Physical conditions:
They contemplate the environmental characteristics in which the work is carried out:
The lighting, the sound, the distribution of the aspects, the physical location of the people,
the utensils, among others.

8. Extra work activities:


The most important is to take action.
Offering sports, in this way they manage to retain their employees through a climate of trust
and understanding in which they feel valued and appreciated.

9. Open communication:
Measures have been promoted to generate changes in the company, such as opening
spaces for direct communication between managers, bosses, operators, administrative
personnel, etc.
