Dear Atty. Belgica:

Reference is made to the Zoom webinar to be conducted by the Anti-Red Tape Authority, in
partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung LoGIC Project team, to technically assist LoGIC
partner LGUs in the crafting and finalization of the Citizen’s Charter which is due for submission
to ARTA on 25 July 2020.

The schedule given for the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, including the LOGIC
member municipalities and city, is 10 July 2020 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. However, due to the
COVID 19 pandemic, most of our employees in charge with preparation of the Citizen’s Charter
are deployed in our COVID efforts in the different parts of the province. Thus, the said schedule
gives little to no time for them to prepare and for us to gather the target participants.

It is in this note that the undersigned respectfully requests that the activity be conducted on 15
July 2020 to give us adequate time to undertake the necessary preparations.

We trust that you will render your utmost consideration and most positive response on this
matter as we pursuit to provide ease of doing business to our clients and at the same time win
the battle against the COVID 19 pandemic.
