LoGIC in the New Normal Webinar Series

Thank you for joining us in our webinar series. To help keep our activities punctual and productive,
please read and follow the rules listed below.

BEFORE THE SESSION

1. Please keep your background noise to a minimum. Do note of any air flow (i.e. wind blown by electric
fans, air conditioning systems, or similar appliances) that may interfere with your microphone feed.

2. Ensure your device has enough power supply. Do keep your charger nearby as the application may
consume more-than-expected power at peak-session capacity.

3. Place your camera in a well-lit and stable position.

4. Closing other applications and programs is advisable to help keep the Zoom app running smoothly.

5. Log in to the meeting (accessible via a link provided to you at a later date) 15 minutes early to test
your audio and video feeds.

6. Please use the virtual background screen provided. Attached here are the instructions.
6.1 Please input your name and affiliation/organization/local government unit in the virtual background on
its lower left.

7. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection set-up before the webinar.

8. Please keep the Zoom login credentials to yourself to ensure the webinar’s security.

11. Attire is smart casual or any government office uniform.

DURING THE SESSION

1. Please keep the general chat screen respectful. Avoid spamming the app with unrelated messages.

2. The sessions will be recorded. Do message us if you have questions.

3. Please mute your microphone when not in use, The hosts of the meeting from the KAS- LoGIC team will be
muting audio feeds throughout the session to keep the speaker’s voice audible.
3.1 Please use the “raise hand” function on your Zoom app window to call the attention of the hosts when
you wish to raise a question or add to the discussion. The webinar hosts may pose the question on your
behalf.

4. Please keep your questions or comments as concise as possible.

5. Please inform the webinar hosts privately if you will be leaving for a while. Do turn off your camera at
this time to denote your absence.

6. Please avoid consuming food or drink that may be distracting to the other participants.

7. Kindly inform the hosts privately if your web connection is weak or is unstable.

8. The webinar hosts will end the meeting once it has adjourned.

9. Please subscribe to our Facebook page. Sections of the webinar may be uploaded to our page without
prior notice. Do message us if you have questions.

SETTING YOUR VITRUAL BACKROUND UP

1. Open and log in to your Zoom app.

2. Enable your video camera by clicking the icon on the lower-left hand of the screen.

3. Click the arrow on the camera icon to open the submenu. Select “Choose Virtual
Backgroud.”

4. Click on the + icon on the new windo. Select “Add Image” from the submenu and select
the LoGIC Project virtual background.

5. Once it has uploaded, tick or untick “Mirror my video” until the background is displayed
properly.
