The survey questionnaire was given to 19 participants, 8


facilitators/resource speakers and 4 was given to the Program
Manager for each day. The monitoring and evaluation aspects
include sessions, facilitators, and administrative arrangements.
In general, the conduct of the activity got an overall rating of
98.98% for the M&E aspects, which means that all participants
were able to rate and submit the given M&E forms and strongly
agreed and satisfied after the training.

The sessions were evaluated with an average rating of
96.95%. Based on the M&E results, all of the indicators were
assessed almost with strongly agree especially in the delivery of
the content however there is a fall on the section of service
equipment and internet connection. These will be addressed as
a room for improvement on the next trainings.

The facilitators were rated with an average of 4 out of 4.


This numerical value corresponds strongly agree which means
that the facilitator was rated with 100% as analyzed from the
M&E results.

Administrative arrangements were rated with a mean of

were observed to be 100% diligent in providing materials and
promptly communicating with the participants.

Attendees strongly agreed that the topics were delivered


and presented outstandingly. The training is very beneficial to
meet the needs of the participants especially this time of
pandemic. The training will help the participants perform with
ease in their respective field of work.

Participants suggested that the next training to be


conducted outside the school for a new setting/environment
and for the next facilitators/resource speakers to be invited are
experts coming different fields and not from the school.

General Comments and Issues Encountered

In this section make any general comments about the program


and identify any issues encountered in relation to:
 Delivery
 Resource persons/learning facilitators are well-
prepared and punctual and very approachable.
 The punctuality of participants was not 100%
followed specially there are some participants who
failed to arrive at the specific time also some were
absent due to some personal concerns that are quite
understandable.
 The content of the program was essential to promote

 There are enough training materials for each session,
provided that power point presentation was available
and handouts were given during the session

reliable in catering some concerns during the training
proper.

Out of the consolidated evaluation forms from the
participants after the conducted Midyear In-Service Training,
they suggest to have more trainings for teachers that will help
Recommendations improve learner’s performance in the academic level. Other
concerns for future programs are to have adequate budget for
food, afford inviting speakers outside the school, and provide
stable internet connection.
