Now, we move to the disadvantages of e-learning.

There are 2 major hurdles that we may face during the online
lesson: Technical problem and non-technical problem
For the Technical problem:
Most students are not well equipped and find it difficult to keep in
tune with the technical requirements of the online course.
While internet penetration has grown in leaps and bounds over the
past few years, in smaller cities and towns, a consistent connection
with decent speed is a problem. Without a consistent internet
connection for students or teachers, there can be a lack of continuity
in learning.
For the Non-technical problem:
The first one is Diminished social interaction:
Human interaction does not present and arise naturally in online
learning.
The second one is the lack of practice-based learning:
Online learning is often theory-based and that’s why it cannot
replace the knowledge that comes through hands-on experience.
Next, There’s also a Possibility of distractions
With online learning, there is also a greater chance for students to
be easily distracted by social media or other sites. Therefore, it is
imperative for the teachers to keep their online classes crisp,
engaging, and interactive to help students stay focused on the
lesson.
Last but not least, Health concerns
Spending too many hours staring at a screen may lead to health
hazards such as short-sighted and back problems due to poor
posture.
