Objective: We work on conditioning including stamina, strength, agility, speed and coordination.
Description: Using half a full sized pitch, all the players work on this conditioning circuit and perform the 7 different
elements in sequence.
The players perform 7 series (different order of conditioning tasks) like this:
Series 1: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7, Series 2: 1-2-3-4-7, Series 3: 1-2-4-5-7, Series 4: 1-6-4-5-7, Series 5:
1-6-5-7 and finish with 2 x reps of Series 6: 1-2-3-4-5
Coaching Points: 1. Make sure the players get sufficient rest time in between each series.
2. Reduce the amount of series the players do depending on the age group.
