DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, DENNIS M. PEPITO, married to Anne Claire A. Pepito, Filipino, of legal age, and
a resident of San Vicente, Liloan, Cebu for and in consideration of the sum of PESOS; THREE
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php350,000.00),Philippine Currency, to me in hand
paid by MARINEL IREECE UY CORPUZ, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of San
Vicente, Liloan, Cebu, receipt of which is acknowledge, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER,
and CONVEY, into the said vendee, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interests, a portion of
parcel of land, which portion is more particularly described as follows.

“A parcel of land known as Lot 3634-D-part, containing an area of SIXTY-ONE (61)

square meters, which is a portion of Lot 3634, Pls-823, covered by Tax Declaration No. 64515,
situated at San Vicente, Liloan, Cebu and which portion is taken from my share of Lot 3634-D.
The said portion is bounded per attached sketch plan;”

The said parcel land is tenantless, free from all liens and encumbrances, and with
structural improvement. Parties agree to register this instrument this instrument under Act 3344
as amended.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 21st of January 2022, in
Liloan, Cebu, Philippines.

person who executed the forgoing Deed of Absolute Sale over a portion of parcel of land and
acknowledged to me that the same is his own free and voluntary act and deed.
