o Community components to assess within each sector

Stage 5: Using a software tools, evaluate resources

o Allow for a more effective action plan for community improvements, thus do this
group project carefully to ensure the data required to make decisions is
accessible.
4. Methods of data analyses
The survey contains three types of data: data that categorizes and describes people,
data that categorizes people's needs, and data that reveals that this community's
problem requires more attention to resolve when it comes to education assistance, job
placement, financial support, and crime awareness. Knowledge, behavior, attitude, and
demographics are common topics utilized to handle this data.
This data were analyzed using the Excel spread sheets. Excel spreadsheets were used
to examine the information. For both continuous and categorical data, descriptive
statistics were applied. The information was given in the form of percents and figures.
This information reveals what the community's most common problems and how they
should be addressed. This information was gathered from a questionnaire distributed to
the residents of Barangay Pacita 2.
Weighted mean – This is used to compare the verbal interpretation of the instrument to
identify the needs per category.
