observations and thoughts--your personal
responses to your world--and thus develop ideas for
writing. A journal is a record of your observations,
feelings, and reflections on your experience.

saw, who you met, and what emotions you were feeling
during each step of the journey.

in-depth "to-do" list. Use it to keep track of
assignments, or to write about theories
and parts of the syllabus that confuse you.

new recipe or writing a song, keeping constant
notes is the best way to succeed.

physical symptoms when struggling
with a chronic illness such as diabetes.
Dream Journal

meanings? Write them down!

your dreams. As you go along, you can start to analyze what your dreams mean (especially if you keep having the same
kinds of dreams over and over).
Gratitude Journal
It's easy to feel bombarded by negativity. Keep a
gratitude journal to stay positive.
Family Journal
This type of journal can be created by all
members of the family, and handed down to the
next generation.

journal and make one starting today.
Share your journal next meeting.
