RESPONSIBILITIES:-

● Project execution planning, scheduling & monitoring

● Resource estimation, allocation, levelling & developing baseline plan, catch up plan.
● Liaison with Client & Subcontractors.
● Project reporting like daily/weekly/monthly progress report, look ahead, Short fall
analysis & MIS.
● Subcontractor & client billing.
● Execution of the given work in accordance with approved Isometric Drawing with
desired and optimum result.
● To create a co-ordination between the Clients and the In charge for result orientation
activities to maintain an equilibrium between operational efficiencies and
productivity.
● To regroup the worker in accordance with the plan by the management to achieve the

 Processing of isometric drawing in pcf format using Autospool and Dra Architecture
software.

 Detailed checking isometric drawing generated from Autospool which includes
checking of bill of material both shop & erection isometric drawing.
  Checking of weld summary in both shop & erection drawing.
 Checking of routing & elevation with respect to engg. Isometric drawing.
 Interaction with the Lead Engineer with reference to material mismatch and
engineering related issues as per the toyo standards and specifications.
 Interpretation of Plant Lay-out P&ID, GAD and Isometric Drawing as per
requirement.
 To co-ordinate with client, consultant, sub-contractor, design and engineering
department regarding the technical problems.
 Review of P&ID’s, Layouts, GAD’s, Isometrics & various piping related drawings &
documents and issuing drawing for fabrication after spool/field marking as per
priority & gravity of work.
 Preparation Material Take off (MTO) and ensure availability and submit report to
client for contingency of project materials in advance for smooth flow down the shop
floor.
 Participate in project progress review meetings and coordinates with counterparts in
concerned services.
 Responsible for planning on various resource allocations involving manpower, project
materials.
 Installation OF Equipment, pump , Blower etc.
 Alignment OF Equipments , Pump, Blower etc.

 Day to day supervision of subcontractor work as per technical specification and

quality.
 Precommissioning and Commissioning Work Of Installed System.
 Knowledge Of Hydrotest in pipeline.

To execute all the process for the Erection and Fabrication of Pipe which Includes-:

1. To check the spool as per isometric drawing.

2. To prepare fit-up Report, DPT, weld visual & offer to NDT.

3. All fittings & Fasteners have been installed as per isometric drawing.

4. Documentation (Fit-Up, Weld Visual, LHS, DPR )etc.

5. Pneumatic Test & Hydro test.

6. Loop Clearance & ISO Clearance.
