REFLECTION

(Faculty and Students Training on the use of LMS/Online Educational Platform)

In the past two years the world faced the pandemic that change everything and everyone’s
life. Education system is one of the affected area, face to face classes has stopped, modular and
online classes has been implemented to assure the saftey of every administrator, teachers and
students. We are now in the new normal way of living and studying.

Since I learned how to use technology I started using it as a tool in my schooling and also
in my social media account, and yes it is very helpful to everyone. As the COVID-19 begin to
infect a lot of people lockdown and health protocols including social distancing, wearing face
mask, sanitizing hands need to be implemented to avoid being contaminated or to not contaminate
others. In attending and after watching the webinar about different Learning Management System
(LMS) it made me realize that there are a lot of tools that we can use in learning and to compile in
various task that will be given by our teachers. Although I already know how to use some of LMS,
there are still a lot of it that I didn’t know. I’m so amazed how technology provide application
software for teaching-learning process for online classes, it makes everything easy and accesible.
Although there are still disadvantages in using LMS, it is still the best instrument to continue giving
and acquiring quality education.
In gaining a lot of information during the online webinar, it gave me a mind opener message
to continue striving in my study, because we are now in 21st century and technology has many to
offer to us to make our life easy and to make education available despite of the challenges we faced
and will face in the future.
