REFLECTION

Faculty and Students Training on the use of LMS/Online Educational Platform

The webinar made me realized so much things especially about the current education that
we have today. It enlightened me about the “Now Normal” and it left me feel glad and at the same
time sad. Why? Of course, I believed what are now experiencing are having positive and negative
side.
Apart from this, since we are dealing with now normal for years and I know that online
learning become successful because of what technologies, applications/ software and learning
materials offer to us. Services, convenience and advantages it gives us in teaching-learning
process. Personally, as a student I am now observing and experiencing the benefits of the different
software that I am using and also platforms that is required for us to use. Because of the society
that I belong now, I am able to adapt and possess some literacy that need as a learner.

I am thankful for the speaker for giving information and revealing truth about learning
management system and in different sites we are going to use as a material for learning. Services
offers by google helps us in terms of affordability and yet quality. Because for it is really hard to
cope up especially, we are in a remote area. Money, time and energy are limited but because of
technology, it answers out buts and how. This webinar served as an eye opener for its audience –
faculty and students. The applications being mentioned are the mostly used apps for online
learning, and those are great tool for students like me because all of them are convenient, easy to
use, free and reliable. Having those apps are not enough, but having knowledge, literacy and taking
responsibility for our every click and action are more important.
