COMES NOW, Plaintiff Republic of the Philippines, through the

undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully
manifest that:

1. The Records Section of the DENR Regional Office XI received

the Order by this Honorable Court on July 2, 2020;

2. The Order directed plaintiff to inform the Court whether it

intends to submit rebuttal evidence. In view of this, we
would like to manifest that since the plaintiff has sufficiently
countered the allegations of defendant/s during the cross-
examination of its witnesses, and made its comments on our
Comment to the Formal Offer of the Defendants, this
representation will not present rebuttal evidence anymore

3. Nevertheless, plaintiff’s allegations and the corresponding

supporting evidence will be summarized in the Memorandum
which will be submitted by the Plaintiff.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that this Manifestation

be noted by the Honorable Court.
