USDCAD FULL BACKTEST

DECEMBER-JANUARY

BY AYMAN FARID

In a trending pair, you can look to take an entry with the creation of every new supply/ demand zone (depending on the tf + volatility of the trend.) If
the trend is on the daily, and complex pullbacks occur on the 4h creating bullish structure, you need to find daily supply/demand zones. If the trend
is even maintained on the 1h, you should be looking for 1h supply zones as continuation as complex pullbacks happen on the 15m and below, while
also bearing the htf picture and agenda in mind.
We tap the new supply zone in NY session and print a distribution. It’s a good idea to mark out POI’s before, but this is pretty clear and the
entry in only presented after the BOS happens. Nice 2m OB and BOS. Look for the clean entry rather than an unnecessary snipe.
Extra entry presented for an LPSY too. Holding the sell until we find an entry for the buy, at which point we take partials.
What gives this trade some credence: HTF liquidity grab + 1H BOS. We are
already in the sell down
TP1 Hit , then BE
BOS/ reaction entry also provided. In a case like this, make sure to cover your original POI with the SL
So we get a nice reaction...
Price violated and taps a lower POI below. The fact someone got this trade… lol

Again, coming into a 1h/4h supply zone
Lessons : In a trending market, whilst it is important to keep an eye on the htf, follow the demand/
supply zones responsible for creating the trend. There is no guarantee price will ever return to
your htf poi
2)only execute upon distribution/ accumulation, or clear inducement + fu
3)if the fu leaves more liquidity, wait for a bos. If the FU does not leave any EQH, then you can
enter off the fu from a reaction as this must be mitigated. When It comes to wyckoff , keep a good
eye on
the criteria for what validates a wyckoff but be ready to execute at an instant
4)Trade with patience, and without fear. FU fakeouts are common.
5)Look left, see if there are any POI below being ignored and this can give some kind of indication
of if price has any incentive to blow past the schematic. This can often lead to a very extreme
utad/spring. Keeping an eye on nearby poi can help you react/adapt if you are willing to risk your
capital on multiple entries.
6)Risk a max of 1% on every area/zone.
