Senior Management Visit Report

Objectives of Management Visit:

 Demonstrate management’s commitment to safety


 Enhance employee morale
 Build better understanding of the operations & promote safety
 Build positive management / employee relationship
 Identify opportunities for improvement

Management Visit Guide:

 Visit shall commence with an opening meeting with the Master & Chief Engineer
 This is followed by short walkabouts around the Vessel, accommodation spaces, Pas-
senger sitting area, machinery spaces and deck areas.
 Upon completion of the walkabouts, discussions shall be held with the crew. See discus-
sion topics below as a guide, which could also be used during the walkabout.
 Management visit is not a vessel inspection; it is a focus time to forge better understand-
ing between management & employee.

Remarks and Recommendations to the Shore office:

The President urged the ADNOC 10 LSR Rules & 100% HSE Compliance requirements must be adhered to
by the vessel crew and always ensured by the master in line with QHSE Dept. and DPA support. He equally
emphasized on any crew concerns and welfare to be brought to the attention of the management.
