Principles of Trade
Article 4
Dealers are equal and have equal legal status in the market.
Any form of discrimination regarding the conditions for the conduct of trade or distort
gender traders in the market.
Traders are obliged to competition act honestly, in a way that is not aimed at
causing harm to other merchants and customers, as well as the public interest, in
accordance with business ethics and good business practice.
Dealers are required to adequately ensure the conditions for stability and market
supply, especially in terms of goods / services of existential significance to the
population.
It is prohibited to take actions that are causing instability and disruption in the supply
market.
State agencies and organizations that the law and regulations authorized to make
laws or take actions restrictions on trade, as well as market surveillance activities are
bound to the scope, manner, conditions and duration of those restrictions, or supervising,
act in proportion to the reasons for limiting and with the aim of market surveillance.
The market surveillance activities, all relevant state bodies and holders of public
authority are obliged to cooperate.

Property Dealer
Article 11
Property trader, according to this law, have the legal entities and entrepreneurs
engaged in trade.
Property dealer under this Act have the individuals, if this Act or special
regulation is not otherwise provided, as follows:
1) farmers, registered in accordance with the regulations governing agriculture, in terms
of agricultural products subject to registration;
2) persons, supplying hunted animal, fish, mushrooms, wild flora and fauna, and other
forest products, in accordance with special regulations on hunting, fish stock, veterinary
medicine, environmental protection and management;
3) natural persons who, in the form of interest-employed freelance regulated by special
regulations;
4) other individuals who sell their own hand-me-downs.

Article 13
Retail trade (retail) sales of goods / services to consumers to meet personal needs
or household needs.

Remote retail
Article 17
Remote retail sales of goods / services that a merchant is offering through media,
the consumer who is not directly present.
Remote retail trade in particular electronic commerce, catalog sales and TV sales, shop
by mail, print packages, promotional materials order form, phone, text or multimedia
messages to mobile telephones and vending machines.
E-commerce has a special law.
Trade by offering personal
Article 18
Trade by offering personal retail trade is done by the dealer by offering goods or
services through direct contact with consumers who did not seek to be so tender, and who
was personally present on the offer, out of store.
Trade personal offering to perform a particular:
1) category of itinerant merchants, which is carried from door to door ";
2) the activity of organizing special promotional sales events (promotions,
demonstrations, tastings, etc..)
3) trade in bags or other mobile equipment (ie peddlery, colporteurs etc..)
4) trade through a personal reference of consumers.
Trade personal offering is done at the appropriate time and in a way that there is no
undue harassment of persons to whom the offer is directed.
Agricultural and food products can be sold by offering personal, except at special
promotional and sales meetings in accordance with the terms of the regulations.
For spatial offering may be exercised by proxy, who must meet the requirements
for the merchant from the Article 11 this law.
The merchant who engaged in the trade by offering personal proxy proxy issues
especially the power of attorney, verified and signed by an authorized person of his
principal, which in particular includes the name and number of personal representative,
the business name of his principal, as well as the scope and limits of authority in respect
of goods / services that are the subject of traffic , the term of powers of attorney, the areas
in which trade is conducted by offering personal, as well as other necessary information.
The attorney referred to in paragraph 1 this Article shall carry with him the original
power of attorney and to the persons to whom the request is directed offer, grant access.

Имовина трговац, у складу са овим законом, имају правна лица и
предузетници који се баве трговином.
Имовина предлози по овом закону имају појединци, ако овим законом или
посебним прописом није другачије одређено, као што следи:
1) пољопривредници, регистрована у складу са прописима који регулишу
пољопривреде, у смислу пољопривредних производа уз упис у регистар;
2) лица, снабдевање лов животиња, риба, печурке, дивље флоре и фауне, као и
осталих шумских производа, у складу са посебним прописима о ловству, рибљег
фонда, ветерине, заштите животне средине и управљање;
3) физичка лица која, у виду камата запослених слободни регулисана посебним
прописима;
4) друга лица која продају своје половне ствари.
