Place the salad fork and appetizer fork
Place salad knife ,soup spoon and appetizer knife

CLEAN THE TABLE AND CONDUCT 3 MINUTE CHECK:

By the way Sir/Ma’am how was the food ? Was everything goes to your liking? Oh thank you so much. I
will tell the
Chef how much you like our food.
