“Water Survival Skills Are Critical in Our Lives”

Having the skill of saving lives from the water is a great blessing from God which we can
use in times of emergency, use to rescue, and, of course, to save our loved ones and lives from
death due to water.

To begin with, swimming is a critical and vital life skill. A person who has the right
understanding of life-saving abilities and practices will be able to save his or her own life as well as
others', even if it is not a fast, competitive swim. We also have the capacity to save our own lives
if we have the skills to be resourceful and can float for a few minutes. Aside from that, lifesaving
is an important skill to have since, when someone is close to drowning, they may only have a few
seconds left to survive. If a person who has been trained in lifesaving methods approaches the
drowning victim in those seconds, he or she will be able to save him or her.

To conclude, practicing even the most basic swimming skills can help us avoid having a
horrible day at the beach. It can also be a pleasurable activity. And if our friends all chose to go to
the beach and we were the only ones who did not know how to swim, we most likely would not
end up having a fantastic time. So, swimming has a lot of advantages and uses in life, making it an
essential life skill that everyone should develop, whether as a youngster or as an adult. It is never
too late to learn!
