I worked with Molly from 2017 to 2021 as staff members at Dowds Elementary. Molly served as our School counselor in our Kindergarten through 4th grade elementary. We served on several building committees together, including Building Leadership Team (BLT) and Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS). Mrs, Miller’s primary role at Dowds was to provide academic and social/emotional support to our students. She provided support to students by equipping them with coping skills to deal with academic and life challenges and achieve an overall sense of wellness, so they are able to be present and achieve success in the classroom. Providing this support comes in various formats: individual counseling, group counseling, core curriculum classroom lessons, consultation with staff and parents, and much more. Molly’s classroom lessons were fun and engaging, especially with our youngest learners. On a personal level, Molly is one of the kindest people I know. She is a great listener and offers support when needed. Molly puts her whole self in everything she does. I believe Molly Miller is a good candidate for any counseling position in your organization, and Igladly recommend her.
